How a booking works

Only pros who offer that service in your area see it. You see their badge, ratings and past work.

Confirm, then they get paid

Verified pros
Every pro passes a selfie check. Badges show more: government ID, address, bank account, completed jobs, ratings and, at the top level, a background check.
Payments held safely
Your money is held by Yamey until you confirm the work. Pros are paid after a short holding period, so problems can still be raised.
Fair disputes
Either side can raise a dispute with photos and a statement. Our team reviews it and releases, refunds or splits the payment.
Ratings both ways
Customers and pros rate each other after every job, and neither sees the other's rating first.
Chat in the app
Talk about the job in the app, with no need to share your phone number.
Your address stays private
Pros see only the area of a job until they accept it.

Is Yamey free to use?
Yes. Joining, using the social feed and booking services are free. You pay only for the jobs you book. People who want to earn by doing jobs choose a monthly vendor plan.
How do payments work?
You pay for a job in the app when it is booked. Yamey holds the money until the work is done and you confirm it, then releases it to the pro after deducting a platform fee. Card and bank payments are handled by licensed payment partners; Yamey never stores your full card details.
What if I need to cancel or something goes wrong?
If you cancel before the work starts, you get a full refund. If there is a problem with the work, either side can raise a dispute and our team reviews the evidence and decides on a release, a refund or a split. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Who are the service providers?
Independent professionals and skilled people who subscribe to Yamey to receive jobs. Every one passes a selfie check before they can work, and their badge shows how much more has been verified — ID, address, bank account and, for the top badge, a background check.
What are coins?
Coins are rewards for taking part — posting, engaging and paying for jobs from your wallet. They can take a little off your first vendor plan payment, boost a post or tip a creator. Coins have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and expire after 12 months.

Yamey is launching in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia. Services, prices and pros are always local to your country.
