What customers pay

Nothing to join. When you book a job you pay the price shown in the app — a fixed price, the quote you accepted, or an inspection fee for a visit — through our payment partners. The money is held by Yamey and released to the pro when you confirm the work.

• Cancel before the work starts: full refund
• A problem with the work: raise a dispute for review
• Inspection fees are refundable only until a pro accepts the visit

How plans work

• Billed monthly and renewed automatically; we remind you before each renewal.
• Cancel any time in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and isn't renewed.
• A trade is a group of related services, such as Plumbing or Electrical. You receive every kind of job in your trades.
• On each completed job, a platform fee is deducted from your payout. The rate is shown before you accept and drops as your badge and record improve.
• Every plan payment comes with a tax invoice.

Plan payments are not refunded once the plan is active. If a payment is never confirmed by the bank, the plan is cancelled and any amount taken is returned. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
